In 1983, Stephen L. Crawford and Wayne A. Crawford went to work for their father Wayne L. Crawford. They were introduced to a world of opportunity learning from some of the most innovative, imaginative engineers and craftsman in a research and development facility. They were taught electrical and mechanical skills to accomplish any task thrown at them. The experience developed their real time problem solving and execution skills bring ideas to reality. They learned the importance of creative thinking that has allowed the brothers to figure out a solution for almost any situation. Wayne (WA) has an extensive background in all electrical disciplines, an expert at instrumentation. Stephen has an extensive background in mechanical skills ranging from heavy equipment operations trucks, forklifts, to cranes, rigging, and moving uniquely shaped items. They both have experience with complex systems fabrication, assembly, and installation from engineered drawings to design build. Over the past 40 years the two of them have been involved with many companies including some of their own. Over time their experience helped them identify the need for quality and reliable services, so they founded Crawford Brothers Enterprises, LLC and sister company Crawford Brothers Hauling, LLC. Currently, the two brothers are building a team of young go-getters creating a culture where employees are continuously encouraged to work as a team supporting each other, develop a multitude of skills, and bring the best outcome in every project.
